Our Quality plan

1. Geese experiencing bad living conditions produce a poor quality Down. Geese and duck Down used in our bedding products doesn’t come from force-fed birds. Waterfowl raised for producing “foie gras” are not considered for our duvets. Canadian Hutterite Duck Down comes from healthy birds, raised outdoors to produce a Down of high quality. Requests for old treated Down will not be considered. We fill our shells only with new certified Down from which we know the origin.
2. Down and feathers are washed several times in an Ultra-fresh treatment. This turns them into hypoallergenic, anti-acarids and anti-moulds natural materials.
3. Fabrics are selected from the best manufacturers. We are in a constant search of improvement and new qualities. Downproof fabrics must be used if an extended warranty comforter has to be created. Our bedding products carry 100% Downproof fabric. A perfect thread count value has been selected so leaking problems are avoided but the comforter may still breathe.
4. All our products are handcrafted. No machine can replace the glance, tact and experience of a highly experienced seamstress; they give the final touch to such a quality product containing the best quality Down and fabric.
5. Every single fabric shell is verified before filling it with Down or feathers. If a product doesn’t meet our quality standards, it will never be sold to a customer. Please contact us for further information.
