The Hutterites form a community living close to the capital of Manitoba in Canada and are recognized for the care taken in the raising of their animals, which is the reason for the quality of their geese's and ducks' down. The ducks live in natural conditions and the down is carefully taken manually, beginning only with mature ducks.
